Dr. Cara Heinze PT, DPT
Cara has been a practicing physical therapist since 2013 with a primary focus on whole person care. Cara views individualized care as commitment between the therapist and the patient to work together to create meaningful goals and treatments that enable patients to improve their pain, function and overall well being. Prior to being a physical therapist Cara served in the US Navy as a corpsman and spent 4 years as a massage therapist. Cara lives in Scappoose with her husband, 3 children, 2 dogs and 4 chickens. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading and tea with friends.
