No. Home health is a specific type of care that involves treating someone that is home bound. Your insurance is also billed differently with home health. Mobile Physical Therapy will bill your insurance the same as if you were attending a traditional clinic.
Does this cost more than traditional physical therapy?
No. Mobile outpatient is one hour each session and treatment cost will be *similar to one hour of treatment in an outpatient clinic.

What equipment do I need to have?
Your therapist will bring a treatment table/yoga mat and some light equipment. The benefit of mobile therapy is learning how to best use what you already have in your home so that you can be consistent with your home exercise plan. You and your therapist can discuss if it would be beneficial to purchase more equipment if needed.
